Our dedicated team ensures every surface in your home is thoroughly cleaned, not just on the surface but deep down. Our services include:

Our services include all spaces within your residence, unless otherwise specified. This is what you can expect from our Professional Home Cleaners within the following spaces:

Kitchens

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Spot clean interior doors, door frames, ceiling fans, light fixtures, window sills, window ledges, baseboards, cabinets, and tops of any exposed cabinets

  • Scrub countertops and spot clean backsplash

  • Clean and sanitize sink; polish if stainless steel

  • Clean the microwave interior and exterior

  • Hand wipe all small appliances and other items on the countertops

  • Clean and polish the oven and refrigerator exterior
    (Interior of fridge $50, oven complimentary & must run self-clean)

  • Clean and polish the vent hood
    (We do not clean the inside or the filter)

  • Remove trash and replace the liner
    (replacement liners provided by customer)

  • Vacuum and mop floors

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Furniture dusted
    (We do not move furniture – we will dust under it as best as we can)

  • All electronics dusted
    (We do not touch any television or computer screens)

  • Make beds, arrange throw pillows (sheets changed upon request – complimentary)

  • Streak-free cleaning of all mirrors

  • Streak-free cleaning of all entry and exit glass doors
    (weather permitting)

  • Disinfect light switches and door knobs

  • Wastebaskets emptied

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

Bathrooms

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Spot clean interior doors, door frames, ceiling fans, light fixtures, window sills, window ledges, baseboards, cabinets, and tops of any exposed cabinets

  • Exhaust vent brushed clean

  • Streak-free clean mirrors

  • Clean and disinfect the countertop, sinks, and toilet

  • Scrub any soap scum and hard water stains one time
    (possible upcharge if there is excess soap scum or hard water buildup)

  • Glass doors are deep-cleaned and shine.  (possible upcharge if there is excess soap scum or hard water buildup)

  • Tub scrubbed and fixtures shined

  • Floor cleaning 

Bedrooms

  • Beds made

  • Lamps cleaned and lampshades dusted

  • Furniture dusted, including top, front, and underneath 

  • Picture frames dusted 

  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door frames, and switch plates

  • Baseboards dusted

  • Windowsills cleaned

  • Floors vacuumed and/or washed

  • Trash emptied

  • Mirrors cleaned

  • General straightening

Offices/retail

  • Dusting of surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and electronics

  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors

  • Sanitizing high-touch areas (doorknobs, light switches, desks, phones)

  • Kitchen and breakroom cleaning, including sinks, counters, and appliances

  • Restroom cleaning and disinfecting

  • Trash and recycling removal

  • Interior glass and mirror cleaning

  • Customized add-ons based on your business needs

Our services do not include:

We specialize in cleaning your home effectively and efficiently, and we offer a wide array of cleaning services to suit many different needs. However, we do not do any of the following:

  • We do not move furniture, but we will try to reach visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. 

  • Dish washing. If there are dishes in the sink, we will work around them to clean the sink, but if there are too many dirty dishes, we will not be able to clean the sink.

  • Cleaning extremely cluttered rooms or homes. Our Professional Home Cleaners must be able to move freely and safely throughout your home with tools and supplies.

  • We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or a vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

  • Cleaning the inside of laundry appliances, dishwashers.

  • Television screens, monitor screens, computer screens, garages, steam cleaning, or carpet cleaning.

  • Areas of disrepair, or heavy soiled areas, including rooms homes with extreme dirt build up, mold mildew, peeling paint, or other unsafe conditions.

  • Cleaning in areas that are unsafe and difficult to access.

  • Cleaning of bodily fluids, mold, pet waste, or other bio hazards except for an ordinary level of bathroom cleaning

  • We do not do laundry. If we are changing your dirty sheets, we will bring them down to the laundry room for you.

  • Shopping or errands outside of the home.

  • Cleaning inside the China hutch with items, stocked cabinets, stocked closets, stocked refrigerators, or drawers.

  • Cleaning behind glass or solid doors on shelving units or furniture.

  • Organizing items or picking up clutter, which is defined as ten or more items in any given area, such as books, dishes, boxes, mail, papers, clothes, or trash that is not in a trash receptacle.

  • Washing outside of windows.
